I sent my PR application in 10/08/2016 using Canada express mail
I didn't receive any response from CIC, even I didn't receive email showing the number of the application
Is it normal?
If not, what do I have to do?

my situation is that I applied for refugee inside Canada, it is accepted, so I got the CSQ then applied for PR
