Hi, PR. application have returned due to requirements of sections 10 and 11 are not met, there are 2 documents required official birth certificate required, and require translation of document in English, my question is if any one can help me about regarding matter do I need to prepare new fresh application or just need to have add the
require documents, as the application reviewed by the officer with red pen and seem there is one mistake which have been corrected, just wondering about to re submit my PR application. Thanks

It is not clear what class of application you have made and what forms have been returned to you. The forms have a number on them what is it?

Hello,

Application for permanent Residence under the (PNP). and all the application has been return. in the letter mentioned that as application does not meet the requirements of R 10 IRPA. it is incomplete, need to know that do I just enclose the additional document which required & resend it or have to prepare new application.

I suggest fill out a fresh application form if your PNP certificate is valid and you don't have to meet the language skills effective July this year. How soon can you get the required documents?

Hi, Thanks for reply, just wondering because application seems that officer has reviewed all entire application, I called one of the CIC officer by phone said that if in the letter which you have received with your return application not saying/mentioned that send new/fresh application then don't send just send what have asked in the letter. there was just 2 things was highlighted in the letter official certificate and translation of birth certificate.

If the officer said so then send the requested documents back with the returned application

Anything that helps the officer reviewing your file such as a cover letter is helpful so yes include it.
