PR application with Coapplicant having Job in Canada

My wife will be moving to canada on work permit through her employer.
I will get dependent visa and qualified for work permit.

how this all can help me for PR ?

If your wife is coming to Canada on a job that is NOC skill level A, B or 0 - then you will qualify to apply for an open work permit. Note that this doesn't necessarily mean the open work permit will be approved. Depending on what kind of job you obtain once you are in Canada, one year of work experience in Canada may help you to qualify to apply for PR through the Canadian Experience Class program.
