PR Application while in Canada on TRV

is it possible to apply outland PR application while u r in Canada on TRV?IF SO, Which visa post u can apply for PR out side of Canada?

Yes you can, the location that your outland app' goes to normally depends on your home country.

I am in Canada, my app' will go to London UK, because I am a Brit'

Yes, outland is possible even while you are in Canada. You will send your application package to Mississauga like any other outland application. You can have it processed in your country of nationality or if you live in another country with at least a 1 year visa, you could opt for that instead.
