I have applied to PR on 14th FEB through OINP and got AOR on same day..

1) I haven't received any updates after submission. some people already got schedule 4/4A request/medicals passesd. I did not get any update. should I worry?

2) my current country of residence: Canada, country of origin is India. in travel history, I answered as "NO" since I haven't visited any country other than India and Canada.
is it correct what I answered??

Its quite strange, they are asking for originals. I applied for OOPNP, residing from Canada, for me they didn't ask for originals. They only ask original copy of IELTS result. I only submitted photocopies of ECA. I got 600 points after my PNP got approved.
I don't think CIC would ask originals even while submitting PR application, as it is online application.

Yeah they asked for mine, said that they have to retain it for their records - not sure if its because my NOC is regulated in Canada. I hope CIC won't ask for the originals. I did email them to ask about this, but so far no reply back.

For schedule 4 letters request, sometime it takes 15 days. You will get it soon. Good Luck !!!
