15.1.2016 Med Passed
15.1.2016 additional doc request

They ask me to send the schedule 4 and 4a. But where do I found what provincial category I am in? When I apply it, I remember I check two category box, dont know which one I got. :-X
Also I was on a 6 month contract job offer that works on site before I got the permanent job. Does this count for need to fill the schedule 4A? Thanks.

You can find tht in your nomination letter . If you are still waiting for that in the mail you can request for a copy of the same via E-mail .
And Schedule 4A is for people who where nominated under the "entrepreneur, self employed , bussiness etc etc " category. You can find this info in CIC.

I have mailed different people . Everyone is going to a professional studio where they does Canadian immigration and passport photos like the one which is given below ,

you will have to find a studio like this in your state .

No use with wallgreens , costco, wallmart, J C penny photos , Target photos, and Samsclub

I did mine at walmart.....anywhere that does Canadian passport photos will do.

I applied from Canada, Can we send passport from outside Canada ?

I am in Chicago and when i contacted them over phone , they said they could do only 2*2 pics
