Medicals passed: Sept 8th
Schedule 4- Sept 8th
ECAS access & Background check in progress: Sep 9th
ECAS: 5lines(Medical results received)- Oct 14

No updates after that....

I would just contact them by email addvisiing on where I was in the process and asking for assistance in obtaining more information from CIC.
They seeemed to have a more direct way of reaching to CIC than me, because i would get an answer back within a few hours.

I believe ECAS is the old CIC online tracking system, I am not allowed to post a link. Please google ECAS and you can find it.
And DM is ...decision made, very last step before PPR.

Is it compulsory that I need to submit medical report within 60 days?

or

At the time of applying for VISA

or

Wait till CIC ask for medical report

Under Express entry, it is compulsory to submit the Medical report along with your post-ITA application.
