I have been asked to send a newly updated schedule A form from March 2024 to present. Where can I download the schedule A form? the personal history information in the form has limited rows, any idea how can I increase the number of rows ?

Attach separate sheet of plain paper and top of it write name , DOB and UCI number and attach with form and submit to IRCc .
