PR Application - Spouse sponsorship

HI,

Would like to check whether if my spouse puts in an application for PR for me - Spouse Sponsorship.

1. Can i apply later for a visa to join him there while waiting for my PR to be approve?

2. Do i have to wait until a PR is granted, only then will i be able to join my spouse?

3. Will my visitor visa get denied if i apply for a 1 month visit while my PR application is in process?

4. If my visitor visa is denied, will it affect my PR application?
