PR application - Removing the representative

Hi Guys,

I have submitted PR application in Aug and received the AOR. It was an attorney who has submitted my application. Now, I want to remove the attorney's representation and wanted to handle the further process by myself.

Can you let me know the process?

You fill out the IMM 5476 removing the representatives. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/skilled.asp and send it to the office processing the application. I assume you paid the lawyer?

Actually, It is my current employer who has sponsored my PR with the help of lawyer. As I am thinking to quit my current job I am thinking of removing the lawyer's representation.
Do you see any issues?

No, there's no issues if you PR is already in process. Make sure to keep CIC updated with employment information tho.
