PR Application Rejected, NO Refuld till date - more then 5 months

Kindly help,

I have got my PR application rejected in Oct, 09, & was told that the refund of visa fees will be given with 9 weeks, & so far nothing has been received.
Kindly guide what to do....

Contact your local CHC and explain the situation.

Doing the same since last two months, but not getting any proper response from them. CHC office is Delhi.
