Hi Friends,
I have been asked by immigration officer to provide additional info to intend to leave Quebec province once you get Permanent residence.
Today I received an email from CPP Ottawa saying that

"Dear SRINIVASARAO ADUSUMALLI:

I have almost completed the assessment of your application for a permanent resident visa as a member of the Canadian Experience Class.

Next steps:
I note that you have been residing in Montreal QC since 2012-12 and it appears you have been gainfully employed in that Province.

Therefore, I have concerns that you may not intend to reside in a province other than the Province of Quebec.

Please provide evidence that you intend to live in a different province than Quebec in order for me to take a final decision on your application.
You must provide any additional information within 30 days from the date of this letter. If you choose not to respond with additional information I will make my decision based on the information before me, which may result in the refusal of your application.

I look forward to receiving your additional information."

Please help me, what information should I sent to them proving that I am not intended to stay in Quebec province once I get PR.

Given how long you have been living and working in Quebec - you'll need to provide some pretty strong evidence. I would get a job offer from outside of Quebec and start the process of quitting your job in Quebec and moving to a different province.

Btw, what is your application timeline? Like when did CIC receive your application?

I have been living in Quebec province for 2 years. CIC received my application on Feb 2014.
What are the other options I can provide them stating I am intended to leave Quebec province once I get PR.

Two more questions: Did you get the medical request yet? Was your file marked for a 2nd review by a visa officer?

To help with your concern, I invite you to visit the following thread and read the posts: http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/anyone-from-montrealquebec-for-cec-join-here-t203590.0.html

I didn't get any medical request also my file is not marked for second review.
Please suggest what kind of proof do I need to submit for visa officer.

My employer do not have any office located in Ontario. But I can get permission to work remotely.
Does this fits good? Or my wife is applying jobs in Ontario region. Can I submit her job applications stating we are intended to move out of Quebec.

Any other suggestions please.

First of all, do you really intend to reside outside Quebec? If not, please try Quebec's own immigration programs.

That would be a good idea. Usually they look for strong ties outside the province of Quebec, like a job or an apartment lease.

However, if I were you I'd consult a lawyer. It's difficult to prove your intention while you're living and working in Quebec and it's been the only province you have been living in since coming to Canada.

I am really waiting to move out Quebec province once I get PR.
I don't know what is GCMS notes. How can I check that.
Also I am not living in Quebec since my landing to Canada.

I studied in Toronto for 2 years. I did store supervisor job for 6 months before I got this job offer in Quebec.

Meeru confuse chestunnaru.

With first line of your message saying you are living in Quebec and waiting for PR to move out of Quebec. Third line says You are not living since your landing in Canada.

Do you mean that You were living out side Quebec sometime ago but at present you are working in Quebec?

Not to confuse, I will give you all the details.

First I came to Canada in 2010 for studies. I completed my post secondary diploma course in Toronto for 2 years.
Then I got 3 years work permit. I worked as store supervisor for 6 months from May 2012 to Nov 2012.
Then I got full time job offer from a company in Montreal. Since dec 2012 I am working in the same company.
I am waiting to get PR to move outside Quebec province. But I don't know how to explain it to Visa officer.
He asked me to provide additional info to intend to move out of Quebec.

Is you company having any branches outside Quebec? If yes, then that would be easy for you to get a letter (if your company agrees) from your employer mentioning that you would be transferred to other branch upon receiving your PR status in Canada. If possible, you can ask your HR to give fully organized letter saying that you were discussing about your transfer outside Quebec and it is now approved to move any time soon.

Otherwise you can send already signed contract with other company outside Quebec to prove that. (if you have one already)

Wait for other responses from seniors.

This company don't have any other branches. But I can get a permission from my HR to work remotely from other province.
But is that good enough to send to visa officer?
Or what should I do if this is not good enough.

Please suggest.

I feel it is not enough because you are still taxable for Quebec.

Wait for other responses. may be jes_on and Goku might have answered to similar questions. Wait for them to respond.
