I have applied for PR after I was refugee claimant, I have applied for myself and my family outside of Canada.
My application was received on January 2017, and starting on February 2017.
I did not receive any update regarding my PR application until May 2018 asking to do the Medical Exam which I passed.
I have shared a view things from my previous ATIP request and I would like to understand it.
Also, what does mean RCMP screen cancelled?
Is this belong to the background check or something different?
Normally, statically how long does it take with the background check to finish? and what is the process?
On the other hand, I had two surgeries on my hips, and I need to do two more on my ankles, my health is not stable and I need my family to come to support me.
Is there anyway to expedite the process time of the PR for the protected person?
I have sent many letters from my doctors, but no reply yet.
