I will soon be filing either inbound or outbound (still have not reached a decision on which) PR under spousal sponsorship. My question is, in the unfortunate (knock-on-wood) event that my application is refused for whatever reason, is it possible (particularly in the case for an Inbound application, in which "appeals" are not an option(?)) to RE-Apply for PR? As in, pay all necessary fees, etc., and re-submit an application for PR under the same, or different, inbound/outbound method? I realize this is a tad convoluted but I would appreciate any insight.
EDIT: Also, if the application was refused and I was able to "re-submit" an entirely new application, would I still have the "implied status" if it were an inbound PR application, or would I have to leave after the initial application was denied?
