PR application in progress: Travelling to home country

I have my PR application in progress and due to some reasons i am planning to travel back to my home country.

Do you think it will will impact my ongoing PR application in any way? Also, do i have to do the PCC again?

To be safe side issue a PCC from your current country of residency covering full period.
Raise a webform indicating your travel plan in a LOE attach both documents.
