PR application from out side canada

Dears, i need your valuable experiences.

My wife and child got the final approval for the PR (one month ago ) waiting for the PR cards. she already included me in the application of the PR ( since 11.2015 ) , noted that i'm outside Canada.

My questions are:

1.how can i track the status of my application? i tried with CIC site but no single data available.
2. is there any further steps needed to be done from our side?
3. what is the expected time to accomplish my application?
4.what is the sign that indicates that my application is on process.

What do you mean when you say final approval? Did they get the PR visa or did they already land? In order to become a PR, you first need to be issued a PR visa and then you "land" with your PR visa, either by entering Canada and saying to them that you are landing as a PR and showing them your PR visa or if they are already in Canada, they can make a "landing" appointment at a local CIC office. The PR cards are not mailed until after you have landed. If you just get the PR visa and don't land, you will not become a PR and your visa will eventually expire.

1. If you are unable to get any data on the CIC website, have your wife try the CIC call centre from within Canada or you yourself contact the visa office that is processing your application.

2. If immigration has not asked you for any documents, then there are no further steps for you at this time. Have you sent them your passport and are you waiting for your visa or did they not ask for your passport yet?

3. That depends on your visa office and your individual case.

4. If you have a letter from the visa office that they are processing your case and you haven't heard anything back from them, then they are still processing your case.

Actually the case is : my wife entered canada as Refugee then she become a protected person then she send application for PR ( she included me in this application , finally she was approved for PR ( she got the letter of PR after the interview in CIC office, waiting for the PR card).
Now i dont know what is status of my case? what should i do ?

Do you know which visa office is processing your case? Have you received any letters from immigration at all?

i think it is Edmonton office as my wife received the PR paper from Edmonton office
