PR application for the spouse of an international student

My husband is in India and I am a student in Canada. He would like to apply for PR and he would be the primary applicant as he is eligible for more points. I am in Canada how can I get my PCC, medical results and submit passport via an Indian VFS (assuming everything goes as planned) ? Do I have any alternatives?

You have to check India-specific instructions for the PCC for Indian nationals abroad. I am not familiar with it, but others here are. There should be instructions on the IRCC website.

Your medicals and passport submission can be done in Canada.
