PR Application for person having LMIA

Hi

I am in India, i have just received LMIA , NOC (C), just wanted to check can i apply for PR now from India or will have to work for the employer for certain period and then apply for PR after 2 years.

and if this NOC - (C) provides me eligibility for applying for PR or not ?

1. No, NOC C is semi-skilled is not eligible for the Federal Immigration PRograms.
