Hi Pradip,

That is really very bad luck :-X Unfortunately from what I have read in the forum his only option would be to write an email / fax to his VO requesting if its possible to submit now. However, this is very unlikely given the time frame (nevertheless its worth a shot). Unfortunately your friend should have notified the VO about moving so the failure is on his part not the VO.

Otherwise he would have to re-apply.

I have one question about my close friend's case. He had submitted his application in Nova Scotia (some thing like that) long time ago,on May 2010.He moved in different place and his bad-luck he did not get (may be his friends threw) AoR and got the e-mail in Spam,so that I could not send the supporting documents.
He just found that happened by inquiry-mail(though he had sent many inquiry-mails).What could be the solution to continue his process?

I did completed my landing process this evening at Fort Erie Peace Bridge. It was a warm welcome by Canadian official. They are very quick and got it finished in 10mins. Thanks to all for your kind support.

Looks like now LA is sending MR in approx 3 months after file is transferred to LA. Earlier it was month then 2 months, now it seems to be 3 months wait. Hope they send it in 3 mths and dont delay it further.

Hey bro, I got my CAIPS noted today. they isssued VISA on 31 Jan-2012. It seems they are sending my passport through registered post. Will update you guys once I will get it. Thanks to all and best of luck to everyone
