PR application Fee and RPRF (Right of Permanent Residency Fee)

Please advise . My husband would like to pay the PR Appliction fee together with the RPRF via online but his confused with .

1. Pay it one time with 1 receipt or separate payment and separate OR
2. Can the payment be enclosed in the application form for
the both fees?

There is only one PR application fee ($490.00) RPRF is the same thing. You pay it online with the rest of your fees.
