PR application: Endorsement Letter mention using a paper application form but could I submit by online?

Hi all,
I have confirmation of endorsement under the AIP program, but it has mentioned the sentence " You must apply to IRCC using a paper application form.
My question: Could I apply online? will IRCC will reject me If I apply online instead of the paper application form?

You should be ok, given the fact that IRCC implemented the online portal.

I did not try yet, due to I can't find any instruction about how to apply PR online from IRCC
