I need some guidance. I applied for PR in early 2013 under the Live-in Caregiver program. I got an email last week saying my application was rejected because I didn't respond to a letter they send me last year. Apparently the letter they sent was requesting documents (medical?). But I didn't get this letter. What are my options at this point? THanks!
