Guys what is annex A form and when i can find this form?

Yes added her in middle of the application..CIC actually send me a whole list of documents required to add her and I did send them..They specifically asked me to email all docs to CPC Ottawa email address and not to courier or post - includes all application forms, pics of wedding, RFRF, medicals etc etc. All docs in one shot. I did not receive any confirmation but when i did enquire about 3 weeks back and they said they do not require any extra documents and application is end of process.

I added her June 2016, in the middle of process. We got MR together, so she has done everything as I have.

hmmmm I think CIC agent will better guide you.....If you have fulfilled all other requirements like PCC, RFRP and blah blah.....good luck my friend (Y)

Congrats!!! So i guess anyone who received DM status this week will get PPR next week

Added my wife into application in Aug 31, 2016

Decision made 07 - Dec - 2016

PPR received on 16 - Dec - 2016

But I received PPR only for me. I did not receive any PPR for my wife...

Can somebody throw some light into this?

I have the same situation. The email seems to only ask for my passport, not my wife. Please let me know if you have any further information. Meanwhile, I'll try to call CIC today and will post answer here.

I have a question if anyone can help me please. In the email that I received it says in return envelope I no need to fill out address. Is it true or I misunderstood something? What everyone else is doing?

I read in july applicants weeks ago that cic will fill that when return envelop to u.

When u know for sure can u share what u did so all of us can know when we need to do it.
