We have to send our passport, photos, and One pre-paid return envelope so that we can return your passport(s) and Confirmation of Permanent Residence documents. and Appex A. Does anyone know what to they mean byConfirmation of Permanent Residence documents. ?? I didnt get anything else apart from the ready for visa email.

You need to only send your passport with photographs and the Annex A form.
They will return the passport with the Confirmation of Permanent Residence documents.

3. One pre-paid return envelope so that we can return your passport(s) and Confirmation of Permanent Residence documents. See Step 4 for instructions regarding the return envelope.

4. The completed and signed Annex A listing your current mailing address.
