PR applicant under PNP for the month of AUGUST 2015

Anyone knows how long takes to get GCMS NOTES?
I ordered it on September 2nd and the tracking number says "Tracking ID / DOB combination does not exist in our database"...

Mine it took 43 days, ordered last July 10 and I received it last Aug. 23.
You may send a follow up email to ATIP-AIPRP@cic.gc.ca and indicate your Tracking ID.

Today, I received GCMS note which I requested on Aug 11. (But, it shows that the request date is Aug 22 in the letter.)

In Assessments session,

Eligibility: Passed
Security: Not Started
Criminality: Passed
Medical: Passed

Hope to get PPR soon.

Acc to above stated info your criminality is in process. Does your my cic says it's in process?

Due date is 2016/08/15. Is that the due date for completing Security checks or for final review

I also dont know what is that due date for.
I dont have MY CIC acct as i have a representative.( i tried to link my application and need to disassociate my rep before i can access to my application)

Yes, Thank you very much again. According to couple of applicants in this forum who got PPR recently, their file location was 'PACE' on their last GCMS. I don't know this may apply to all applicants or not. Maybe this isn't important part at all - each immigration officer has his/her own way to process the paperwork. I'm 3 Sep applicant. I got my GCMS last month, the content is exactly same as yours - medical / criminality / eligibility passed, security not started, file location : PS - . Hope we get good news very soon. Cheers!

It really depends on the VO handling the application. I went to my VO in person, by that time I did not even have MR. After visiting the offices they completed my application in approximately a month.

well i think here inside canada...most of us in here are applying inside canada, can not go in person to Sydney...if not im sure many of us will already travel in person to ask whats going on.

Hello August Peps!
I just wanted to share my experience today with the CIc agent regarding a request for landing fee refund. 16 weeks process and applied last December 2015.
I have over paid my fees thats why i am requesting for a refund. I paid for my application fee and landing fees prior for submitting my application. So that didnt help to facilitate my application faster it turns out since i already paid everything therr is no more reason for them to reopen my filr,
So i called today to follow the request for refund last December 2015, prior to that we made a follow up request last may 2016 they said it on process. now i made another follow up then the lady said there is no application for a refund in process under name. I said i have an email sent by cic telling us that my refund is on process last May why there is nothing? So cant see anything on my file? No nothing.
And called my immigration rep they said they refused one of the applicants for the reason of non payment of landing fee but nomirous times telling them that the applicant has already been paid. I dont know whats going on. Its a mess thats all i can say.
I am scared for my file.

what i am gonna say might sounds crazy , but...at this point just let them keep the money and wait for your ppr request.
stay out of possible troubles (shouldnt be any but u never know with them)

i know is unfair and we r not rich to give money away just because, specially with this slow process, but money goes and come back...PR approved only once.
