Notice of Appeal was filed within 60 days of denial order letter of PRTD on no compliance of RO. On submission of Notice of Appeal, within 2 weeks IAD file number was created and received from IAD. Per rule, Minister's office need to provide denial notes/comments of immigration officer(GCMS) as Appeal record within 60 days of file creation. Question is :
(1) What is the chance and success ratio to request Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) when Job offer is available, Financial and family tie up in Canada is apparent and future Interest of minor child will be impacted with decision by ADR/IAD.
(2) How long is normal time gap to get the first "hearing date" with IAD when ADR is not available/feasible ?
(3) Is the total process time from filing Notice of Appeal to get the decision is 3 months, 6 months, 9 months or longer ?
