PR and Workpermit online application outside Canada

Hello Guys ,
I applied for PR on 28th October online and Workpermit application on 4th November Under RNIP Biometric done 18th November I assume workpermit should be process within 15 days time under International mobility program (IMP) but it's not done yet ...even I did not receive AOR for PR so no PR application number Kindly expert advice me on this situation

I applied from Karachi Pakistan so processing office is Abu Dhabi UAE

This is normal. Unfortunately the 15 days is not guaranteed. IMP applications can sometimes take several months to process. Nothing you can really do but wait.
