Hi,

Can anyone please advise me on this matter?

I applied for a PR under the FSW in Spetember, 2013, but got rejected in November due to some mistakes on some of my documents. My application has been closed since.
Will this affect my study permit approval which I am currently applying and have been rejected twice, under the reasons: 'Purpose of visit' and 'Family ties in Canada and in country of residence'?

Please advise.

Thanks

Yes, Your PR application demonstrates to CIC that you want to stay permanently, so they will think that your study permit is just another attempt to remain permanently in Canada, rather than temporarily as student.
