Hi my wife file a divorse in Vancouver before her application of PR last January 2018. Dont know the result yet. But we reconciled and she want me and our 3 children to go with her and be included in her petition om sep2018. My wife just entered british columbia last sept2017 and will finish contract by sept2018 but already renewed her contract with her current employer.
1. Does the filed divorse would affect her PR application that includes me?
2. What does she need to do in order to ensure me and our 3 children to be included in her petition.
