I have completed my graduate school and received PNP which is valid for 6 months, I have started working in a full-time job as well. I am confused between applying for PR with the help of PNP or work for a year and apply for express entry. What path should I take? Also, what is the timeline for getting PR after PNP?

Thanks in advance.

You can apply for both. Now apply for PR with help of PNP so you at least guarantee that you have PR application going on for you.
Also EE points draw may increase after one year and be hard to apply
