My husband sent his passport to VFS Jamaica last May 10 ( a day after receiving PP request) but until now, his passport has not been returned
He has already sent an email to VFS Global to escalate the matter but he has not received any update Anyone who has the same experience with sending the Passport via DHL to VFS Jamaica? Thank you.
