PPR - Photos

I got my PPR today CHC-London are requesting 2 passport photographs for my PR Card, do they need to be taken within the last 3 months or is it 6 months?

That's weird - I didn't get asked for photos, just my passport. Hope they didn't forget or anything! Just when I though there was nothing left to fret about.... fret fret....

I am now concerned for you, Its a generic PDF..Take another good look at it, on Page 2 of 4 Its says PASSPORT SPECIFICATIONS and then underneath PHOTOGRAPH SPECIFICATIONS...you need to send your passport for your Visa obviously and then the 2 identical photographs taken within the last 6 months and the Updated Information Chart are needed for your PR card!! Did you mail your passport already?

Oh dear.... I only got two pages of PDF. That's weird, and yes I already mailed my passport.

Looking again, it can't be the same PDF as yours. Page 2 is full of how to mail your passport, and how they will send it back. Perhaps I will just be asked to bring photos at landing time.

That could be it! I sent 4 extra with mine but they may have lost them or screwed them up so need more! Luckily I still had 2 identical ones taken in April so I sent them!

Phew, stopping fretting now

my husband got his visa this week and was not asked to bring photos. since we had just submitted photos in may, we figured the ones they had were recent enough. plus we had to send 8 for accra, and i know some offices only need 4 or 5, which is probably why they have to submit photos with the passport.

Buffalo asked us for three (3) additional photos. I guess it depends on the office as to what they require.
