PPR from CPC-Ottawa, how will they send passport back?

Dear friends

I got an updated PPR from CPC-Ottawa (I got it first from London and then from Paris due to special circumstances). In the letter they say this:

All required documents and passport (s) must be submitted in one single package, and sent by COURIER ONLY to the following address:

But there is no mention whatsoever of where they will send back the passport? They didn't ask for a self-addressed, pre-paid envelope. Will they automatically send it to the mailing/correspondence address? What should I do to ask to be returned to a certain address? Please note that I am from Libya, asked to send the passport to Egypt by courier by my mailing address is still in UK (and my residence address I updated to my Libyan one). Please also note that the only two courier services in Libya (namely DHL and aramex) are not allowed to send any passports by mail. SO my only option is to travel to Egypt and send it there by courier service as requested but I want the return address to be my Egyptian one, how do I ask them to do that? Should I simply update my mailing address with a CSE?

Have you tried asking CIC? There's an email address in the PPR you can use.
