PPR for Visitor Visa help!!

Hi All,
I got PPR request for my dependent child from Delhi Visa office to submit the passport but she is already in Canada on a Visitor Visa. I raised webform as suggested in Passport request letter and wanted to know that how virtual landing will be done? In how many days they usually respond and one can get e-COPR.
Also do we need to submit photographs?

Virtual landing is done by email. Will likely take 1-2+ months to get virtual landing after sibmitting webform indicating that child is in Canada and would like to do virtual landing.
