We received the PPR for Canadian permanent residence application with Appendix A and B. However, the main applicant is in Bangladesh and the dependent (me) is in Canada. Appendix A mentioned sending all the passports together in 'one' package which would have been difficult in our case. We sent an email to cpc-Ottawa regarding this, and after about a week they sent a reply that the dependent can send their passport to Ottawa and the applicant may send his passport to the visa office in Bangladesh.
My question is how do we fill in Appendix B? Does the applicant include details of the dependent when submitting his passport to the visa office? Do I include the applicant's details or just mine when I mail my passport to Ottawa? Has anyone been in a similar situation?
