PPR delayed(SOWP) while SP received PPR

Hi All,
I got PPR on 1 April 2021 but my spouse didn't receive PPR yet. We applied together on 13 January 2021 and medical passed at same date after medical request.

Is it abnormal? Why are they delaying to issue PPR. It supposed to come in same day. I already raised webform but sent generic reply.
