PPR came but no option to submit to VFS in the US?

hi all, my passport request for permanent residence came today. I'm not a US citizen but currently reside in the US and my application was being processed in Singapore. However, the link they gave me to submit my passport for stamping only has countries outside the US.
I'm also going to Canada later this month on a tourist visa. Is there an option to submit my passport while I'm in Canada? Please lmk if anyone has advice on this.

For Canada visa applications, VFS has service centers at Los Angeles and New York City. You can try calling customer service (888-296-4511) and explain your situation. I submitted PP for visitor visa for my family member. You can find info below:
