I received my PPR last week and now I have to send 2 photos and a photocopy of my passport to Ottawa.
I am still residing in Quebec due to COVID. Should I move to the province I chose now before receiving the CoPR or I can have the CoPR mailed to my Quebec address and move to Ontario for the interview PR card?
