PPR after application approval?

Hey. I called up CIC on 19th June and the agent said that my application has been approved on 19th June only. How long does it take for PPR after the application has been approved? Its been 9 days now. Should I call them again?

PPR request comes to your email address whichever you have it in CIC so ensure it did not land in spam folder. It should be from CPCO-FinalRequest.

Same is my case. I called them on July 7th. Agent told me that application is approved and be patient and wait for comming week... Dont know how much wait
