Hi everyone,
I'm stuck in a very peculiar situation at the last stage of PR approval and this wait is making me more and more anxious by the day.
In March 2025, I received my passport request letter (PPR) for coPR stamping which had asked me to send my passport to Ottawa visa office from a home address in either US or Canada. However, I am living in New Delhi, India and don't currently have a US or Canada address (used to live in US before). In the passport request letter, they mentioned if you don't have a US or Canada address, send us a webform.
It's July 2025 now, and I have sent multiple webforms to which I just get a response saying:
"We verified the information you provided regarding the passport request letter and have forwarded it to the responsible office. They will contact you if further information is required or once a decision is made."
I also called IRCC phone number to which the agents just tell me to wait as nothing else can be done.
I would really appreciate if anyone has any insights to what to do at this stage (or experience with something similar), as I fear I'll just be waiting forever in vain.
Thank you so much for your time and support.
