Hey i am too waiting for PNP to open.....but the thing is i have given IELTS result for revaluation....so might not apply...pls help

so it is safe to belive that oinp quota for this year is not finished we still have hope it will reopen this year for registration
The OINP is sending NOI for candidates who already applied for it while it was open or are they selecting candidates from the general express entry pool? Could you guys also provide a good tracker for where to look for PNP openings? Thank you guys and all the best.
