I'm in the pool now and should be drawn soon since my score is met. But I was diagnosed with slight IBD last week. The doctor found 3 small ulcers in my small intestine but all my blood work was normal and she didn't give me any medication since the condition is slight. She also asked me if I would like to do MIR for checking with more details and I said yes. So currently, I don't take any medications and live a normal life.
My question is should I reveal my situation when I do the medical exam? Could my situation be a problem when I apply for PR?
