hi
Provided i sent my application today 26 January 2011, then when it is expected to be part of the cap, provided also its complete in every respect.

Hello,

You have to check the status of the cap as of the date you send your app. If you send your app during this month, it shall fall within the cap that started on 26 June 2010 till date.

Not quite, it is possible that there a enough applications in the queue to fill the cap that have not been opened by CIO Sydney.

PMM, i always take yr comment seriously, but i request some further description on this matter; also any member's own experience is highly welcomed.

Okay work out this way. Lets say there is a 100 spaces left in a cap xxxx. Say it takes 2 months for CIO Sydney to open and look at the application. If during this 2 month period an average of 5 applications for the cap xxxx arrive each day, then the cap would be full 40 days before all the applications for that cap had been opened. Once these applications are opened, then they would be refused as the cap was full.

PMM u mean to say that if 100 space is left, one should not bother to apply, as there are enough application in queue to fill up for 100.

PMM my profession is Pharmacy its about 700 now. I will apply in February. Will it be too late, as there are about 7 application filled per day.

If you apply on Feb, then your app will fall into this year cap considering other apps in the queue.
