Post secondary permit

I was diagnosed with inactive tb when I got to Canada and I have been under medical surveillance, then applied for post secondary permit.although I was given but my degree is 4 years but they only gave me one year after it expires,can I be able to apply for another extension

You completed a 4 years degree and were given a 1 year pgwp?

Also remember that it states on the cic website that you can get your pgwp for UP TO 3 years, which means that its not an automatic 3 year-pgwp.
