1-The Form in the study permit application says write your highest level of education , so Im confused in putting my unfinished studies .
2-At the same time I Have been studying 8 hours per week English and received the diploma in February. Can I put this as my post secondary education?

Hi,

1. So, first complete your 'unfinished studies' and put the same as your highest qualification. Otherwise, your educational profile looks 'very weak'.
2. It might work ONLY IF your diploma is a 'recognized' post secondary qualification in your homeland.
