I will highly appreciate your nice cooperation answering my questions:

1) Do I have to send ALL the passports of each of my family members or the valid ones only?

2) As the Appendix B doesn't come as pdf and comes with the e-mail body, do I have to fill the information Handwritten or compose/print the information on it?

3) When printed, Appendix B doesn't come separate in a single page and has other information above. What should I do in this case?

4) It is asked to submit a copy of PPR e-mail along with the passports and photos. So shall I fill Appendix B of this set only? Or do I have to keep this set blank and print a separate Appendix B and fill it?

5) In which format should I write the date of Birth? There is no specific format mentioned.

6) As the height of children increases fast, which height shall I mention in Appendix B? The old one that I mentioned in my application or a new measured height?

7) Do I have to write the telephone numbers and e-mail addresses of the main applicant only or of all the members?

8) Do I have to submit the bio-metric letters which consist of bar codes and other information put on them by VAC?

Unless someone answers more specifically, you can follow these:
  1. only the current valid passports
  2. can't recollect what is 'appendix b' but as long as it is legible handwritten should work too
  3. can't recollect what is 'appendix b'
  4. you need one copy of the PPR e-mail (with or without the appendix you are referring to)
  5. you can use dd-mmm-yyyy (31-Dec-2018)
  6. Use the height mentioned in the Medical Report
  7. Not sure where you are looking to mention, but wherever asked you can mentioned the same numbers and email address
  8. I didn't need these, but you can take along whatever you have and they will take what is required.

Congrats!

1) Valid passports of all members

2) Copy it from your email and pest it in a MS Word document.

3) Type the info and print it. It should be one seperate page. One is enough for all.

4) Print the email, You need only one copy. You don't need to fill appendix B here, leave it as it is; blank. Follow 2 & 3 above.

5) There should be a format written in your Appendix B. You can write DD-MON-YYYY. exmpl: 01-Jan-2019.

6) New measured hight.

7) Only primary applicant's phone and email.

8) Submit if ppr email instructs you, otherwise don't bother.

9) Seperate envelope for each member's photo. Write name and app number on top of each envelope.

Good Luck!

I have not received Appendix B in the email, whats that? What does it entail?
Don''t all applicants receive it?

Good day to all. In the appendix B on PPR it says that « complete this form for urself, your spouse/common law partner, and ur dependent children, whether or not they are accompanying u to Canada » My husband is the sponsor, canadian citizen and we have a baby who is in the process of his citizenship application. Shud i write their names in this form (appendix B)?

PPR mail says :
"Please complete this form for yourself, your spouse/common-law partner, and your dependent children who will accompany you to Canada."
So my wife is not accompanying, I should not put her name on Appendix B . right?

In my case i only put my details, im the principal applicant, and everything went well. Received my COPR first week of March. But others said in the other forum that they put their spouse’s (sponsor) and children’s details and was okay, too. I was also confused filing out appendix b. I asked some people on how they filled it up but got different answers.

My spouse didn't receive the appendix b. Does that mean my copy cannot be filed? She is primary applicant and I am secondary.
