ex. I have 68 points and got ITA and Nomination, in March I will loose one point for my age it means my point will be 67..

IELTS and age scores are locked temporarily once ITA received until nomination decision from province.

It means after provincial nomination the changes of points won't affect the post nomination process with CIC?

Try to get clb8, if you have not done so, that's the only easy option to increase your score
