can someone help?
Is the passport of non accompanying family obligatory within documents to upload after ITA. my children got ID cards which we have to use for medical but not passports.
what can i do

You need to get them passports.

I got ITA in June 2020 and filling the application form, but unfortunately We don't have marriage certificate and due to COVID not possible to travel to India. Please advise what can we submit as a proof in place of Marriage Certificate. Our passports have the names of spouse and our children has our names as father and mother. Is that good enough to show the proof?
