Post ITA - Work Experience documents for Secondary Applicant

Hi Everyone,
I have collected all my documents for CEC ITA and I am looking to apply in 2-3 days. My husband is secondary applicant and I have noticed that my husband's work experience (from India) has different format for Experience/Reference letter and it does not indicate NOC.
Should we reach out to his companies and get a letter or should it be fine (as he is secondary applicant and experience is out of Canada?

i believe you can move your spouse work history to personal and by that manner don't have to provide any docs

I have mentioned it in Personal History as well as Work History. If I keep it to only Personal History, the application form asks for Work history of applicable years. Should I just keep them empty?

Anything mentioned in Work history will require proper documentation. Under Personal History ensure there are no gaps for the last 10 year period.
