Post ITA Submission - I don't see a place to upload Indian PCC

Hi all,

I don't see a section for my application to upload the Indian PCC, but I see it for the FBI. However, for my spouse's application upload area, I see the Indian PCC option.

Is that normal? Can I upload both my Indian PCC and FBI in the section provided for me for FBI?
